Requirements
- Deep understanding of MSO architectures including CRAN, DAA, NDC, HFC, and cloud video
- Ability to create a visual design package and establish a defined bill-of-materials
- Experience in troubleshooting operational issues and providing technical solutions
- In-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in area of discipline

- Strong advocate for Engineering Operations procedures, policies and processes
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the intake process and execution of all new company-wide innovation projects for Architecture and Product
- Create a visual design package and establish a defined bill-of-materials
- Create all build plans and scope-of-work outlines
- Ensure financials are actively maintained until project closure
- Act as an individual contributor in project teams
- Troubleshoot operational issues and provide technical solutions to operational problems
- Implement existing products and services and maintain designated areas of engineering
- Interface regularly with vendors, engineering, and peer operations organizations
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in MSOs Architectures (multiple-system operators), including HFC, DAA, PON
- Experience with professional communication and documentation tooling, such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio, Smartsheet
- Proven ability to analyze, evaluate, and design complex IP/RF/Optical networks
- Intermediate knowledge of Critical Infrastructure systems (power/space/cooling)
- Ability to identify operational and performance opportunities and assist with creating strategies
- Ability to partner with functional teams to influence and drive alignment
