Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience doing professional development including proven experience in building and managing APIs, corporate systems integrations, particularly ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, data aggregation, and string formatting.
  • In-depth knowledge of integration parameters and enterprise automation tools (iPaaS, APIM, RPA).
  • Familiarity with intelligent tooling including, large language models, query/prompt building and native copilot functionality.
  • Data analysis skills and competence in SharePoint and Office Suite tools such as Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with corporate IT change management, corporate security and compliance best practices.
  • Familiarity with web design, systems integrations and information architecture, particularly with corporate tools such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, Confluence and others.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain support-based experience APIs, focusing on innovative usability and scalability. Support uses cases will integrate with corporate systems and automate complex workflows, involving multiple data sources.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the enterprise to gather use case requirements, provide updates, and deliver solutions.
  • Utilize REST APIs for seamless information queries, data retrieval and automated task actioning.
  • Work with enterprise automation tools including iPaaS, APIM, and RPA to streamline and automate day-to-day work processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure all integrations meet high security standards and adhere to IT change management best practices and policies.
  • Create technical process documentation for internal processes and end user support.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
