Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a technical development or laboratory environment.
• Proficiency in operating laboratory instruments and equipment relevant to the role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and report findings.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical development assignments based on general instructions to assist Development Engineers.
• Operate a variety of instruments and equipment proficiently to achieve accurate results.
• Skillfully apply techniques and procedures in various development projects.
• Assist in the establishment of procedures and techniques for new operations, including equipment and processes.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Demonstrate initiative and practicality in problem-solving and project execution.
• Maintain neat and accurate records of work performed, including data collection and observations.
• Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed to ensure project success.
• Adapt to changing project requirements and demonstrate dependability in completing assigned tasks.
