Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java or C++
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and ML Ops practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog, NewRelic, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Improve the efficiency of ML development and model deployment processes.
- Enable and manage model serving tooling, scaling strategies and compute resources.
- Build scalable ML infrastructure using managed services and Cloud Native tooling.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to improve the integration of ML into our platform and applications.
- Optimize model performance and design inference graphs/workflows.
- Implement observability tooling appropriate to assessing ML Ops across the platform.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with vector databases, RAG, similarity and semantic search.
- Experience with high performance ML frameworks like ONNX, TensorRT, vLLM, etc.
- Familiarity with multimodal AI.
- Experience with model interpretability and explainability tools.
