Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, eCommerce, or related field.
- Strong interest in eCommerce, digital operations, and technical problem-solving.
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, APIs, data feeds) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative in solving problems.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily monitoring of eCommerce platform to ensure system health, performance, and uptime.
- Help to set up our performance environment to run performance script.
- Support the team in troubleshooting technical issues related to build and deploy process.
- Participate in testing activities for new features, deployments, and platform upgrades.
- Assist in creating and maintaining operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles in Confluence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, APIs, data feeds) is a plus.
