Requirements
- BSEE (or equivalent experience) with 5+, MSEE with 3+, or PhD with at least 1 yr or more of professional experience in Data Visualization, Data Processing & Transformation, Applied Machine Learning or Database Management.
- Excellent knowledge in using statistical tools for data analysis & insights.
- Experience in Silicon debug and bring-up on the ATE or SLT platforms.
- Strong programming and scripting skills in Perl, Python, C++ or Tcl desired.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills with the curiosity to work on rare challenges.
Responsibilities
- Work with pre-silicon and post-silicon data analytics – visualization, insights and modeling.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams, implementing brand-new methodologies for improving outgoing quality of chips including advanced fault modeling and Silicon Lifecycle Management.
- Address hard-to-solve problems in the Design For Test space involving application of algorithm design and using statistical tools to analyze and interpret complex datasets.
- Help develop and deploy DFT methodologies for next generation products while exploring LLM-based solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of fundamental DFT topics, such as, fault modeling, ATPG and fault simulation.
- Experience in application of AI for EDA-related problem-solving.
- Good understanding of technology and passionate about what you do.
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, specifically a proven ability to effectively guide and influence within a dynamic environment.
