Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in CRM management or a related field
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and customer service practice
- Experience in the execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business data
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Responsibilities
- Manage CRM Systems to ensure customer data is accurately maintained, updated, and utilized effectively across sales, marketing, and customer service departments
- Work closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure the CRM system supports all aspects of the company
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including email and SMS marketing
- Monitor and track key performance indicators, providing analyses of CRM campaigns and trends
- Partner with external vendors in support of CRM data and platforms
- Provide recommendations on future activations based on CRM data analytics
- Work closely with internal departments to understand business objectives and support CRM-related projects.
