Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in CRM management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and customer service practice
  • Experience in the execution of digital marketing campaigns
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business data
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Responsibilities

  • Manage CRM Systems to ensure customer data is accurately maintained, updated, and utilized effectively across sales, marketing, and customer service departments
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure the CRM system supports all aspects of the company
  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including email and SMS marketing
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators, providing analyses of CRM campaigns and trends
  • Partner with external vendors in support of CRM data and platforms
  • Provide recommendations on future activations based on CRM data analytics
  • Work closely with internal departments to understand business objectives and support CRM-related projects.
