Requirements
- Strong familiarity with retail POS
- Holds existing relationships within the retail marketplace
- Analytical thinker, flexible problem solver, and team player with the ability to multitask several tasks simultaneously
- Able to communicate and present data and insights to varied stakeholders
- Minimum 6 years of experience in wholesale sales with P&L responsibility
- Proficient skills in MS Excel, Power Point, Access, Word
Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving the wholesale sales growth and continually strengthening the business of key accounts in this channel.
- Support development and execution of strategic account plans while gaining cross-functional alignment to achieve goals.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Sales Team including annual objective setting and performance plans.
- Consistently lead preseason and in-season revenue forecasting efforts.
- Execute against brand initiatives, including growth of pre-season order book.
- Create comprehensive seasonal account plans from sell-in to sell-out.
- Develop strong partnerships with top key retail accounts.
- Provide critical marketplace input and trend information to the organization.
- Partner with Regional Merchandising and Marketing teams to create and execute seasonal key account plans.
- Consistently deliver strategies focused on elevated distribution for The Dickies brand.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred systems experience includes Power BI, Shiloh, Datalliance, SAP
