Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Marketing, Ecommerce or equivalent Ecommerce experience
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills are required; ability to apply systems knowledge to troubleshoot and analyze new issues is critical
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work independently with a proactive working style
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage, support and deliver the site merchandising strategy to ensure optimal customer experience that delivers the relevant product exposure and content to drive sales.
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of key merchandising campaigns.
  • Manage the setup, testing, and maintenance of weekly/daily merchandise and creative strategies with great attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Develop and coordinate plans to test and modify various site elements such as navigation, product merchandising and customer treatment.
  • Monitor the site to ensure optimized performance around customer engagement and conversion across different device types.
  • Build and maintain strong cross functional relationships with teams such as Product Management, User Experience, Market Research, Product Development, Marketing, Brand and Analytics to deliver experience that support wholistic business needs and points of view.
  • Maintains knowledge base of industry and competitor market trends and makes product recommendations
  • Partner with Merchandising, Creative, Marketing and Analytics to manage multiple programs across the site(s) on daily basis.
  • Monitor the live site daily to check for category navigation issues and opportunities and product accuracy.
  • Evaluate email and content productivity, providing critical insight to merchandising teams on customer behavior and suggestions for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications
