Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree in related field is preferred.
- 2+ years in a leadership role in a dietary environment, staff management preferred.
- Ability to read, speak and write in English.
- On call availability, as well as weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must have or be willing to obtain CBRF/RCAC certifications as needed.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provides nutritious meals and snacks to the residents while following dietary restrictions and guidelines set forth by both the physicians and Department of Health Services.
- Provides overall direction, guidance, and supervision to dietary staff.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in related field is preferred.
