Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or computer science
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a pre-sales or sales engineering role, with at least 1 year in a managerial position
- Excellent knowledge of the LSEG DI&F Products and their applications
- Proven track record of managing a team of pre-sales consultants to drive revenue growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and recommend the appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of pre-sales Consultants to ensure they deliver high-quality product demonstrations and presentations to clients
- Work closely with the Sales team to understand client requirements and recommend the appropriate solutions to meet their needs
- Ensure that the team is up to date with the latest product developments and features to effectively communicate these to clients
- Provide coaching and mentorship to the team to enhance their skills and improve their performance
- Collaborate with the Product Management team to ensure that the team is equipped with the necessary product knowledge to deliver successful pre-sales activities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to promote customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide regular reports on team performance and contribute to the development of pre-sales strategies
- Drive growth of Professional Services related Consulting revenue
