Requirements
- 1-4+ years of experience in digital marketing and growth, with a proven track record in B2B SaaS or AI infrastructure companies.
- Strong expertise in integrated campaign development, digital advertising, and content creation.
- Proficiency in audience segmentation and data analytics.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Hubspot), CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute integrated campaigns that span across digital channels, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
- Develop creative content strategies that resonate with both individual user personas and buyer personas.
- Implement and manage digital ads, optimizing for conversion and engagement across segmented audiences.
- Identify and segment different user types, industries, and company segments for targeted campaign execution.
- Leverage data analytics to continuously refine and optimize segmentation strategies.
- Tailor messaging and content to fit the needs and interests of each segment.
- Foster community engagement through digital channels, building a strong online presence.
- Combine real-life experiences, such as events or webinars, with digital marketing efforts to create integrated brand experiences.
- Monitor and engage with community members to drive brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine content, messaging, and delivery across all digital platforms.
- Report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
