Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with over 10 years of experience
- 5 Years of NRO experience
- TS/SCI with polygraph; ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) eligibility and accesses
- Experience with UNIX, Oracle, and SQL
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools
- Provides guidance to junior team members
- Develops trusted relationships with Government leaders and with mission partners
- Flexible systems thinker with the ability to deliver results quickly
- Self-starter with effective time management skills
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational and communication skills, effective and clear written (and oral) communication ability, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates strong conceptual problem-solving skills in solo and team settings, developing and implementing visually arresting, sophisticated, and complex multimedia presentations, including but not limited to web-based products and supporting promotional materials
- Demonstrates sophisticated design aesthetic, applying principles and current trends in typography, color, and composition to branding, interactive/multimedia, 3D animation, special visual effects, narration and sound effects, original video, audio or video editing, dynamic maps, graphics, databases, or illustrations, promotional materials, and dynamic digital signage
- Consistently and effectively interacts with customers, senior managers, technical staff, and vendors to identify issues, negotiate change, meet deadlines, and provide excellent customer service
- Proofs own work and others to consistently maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in correct classification format, style, and revisions
- Demonstrates knowledge of grammatical rules, copyright laws, and ADA 508 compliance
- Successfully manages multiple projects with varying priorities
- Estimates hours and resources needed for successful project completion
- Consistently follows workflow procedures, time-to-project documentation, and archiving protocols
- Authors multimedia products including DVD and CD-ROMs, program interactive web-based products, and create computer 3-D models and animations to be incorporated into productions
- Delivers the final product as CD-ROM, DVD, Web, or other unique deliverables (e.g. kiosks and exhibits) for customer mission requirements
- Provides instruction to the customer on aspects of the project, including navigation and specialized computer and display equipment
- Perform the routine operation of server software, including maintaining system security, writing shell scripts, modifying configuration settings, backing up the systems, and troubleshooting system-related problems
- Contributes to the development of and consistently follows operating procedures and archiving protocols
- Apply technical graphic design production techniques, tools, and software to produce organized files for presentation, output, and archival
- Evaluates and advises software/hardware offerings and upgrades
- Participate in center initiatives and process improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with over 12 years or more of applicable experience
- 8 years of NRO experience
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and flex to the execution of multiple mission sets across a diverse set of programs and tasks
