Requirements

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in front-end development, web design, or a related field, with a focus on digital experiences.
  • Proficiency in front-end languages including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of API integration and how to connect digital products with external systems.
  • Understanding of UI/digital design principles, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Familiarity with web design tools and development environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Digital Media, Information Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and maintain content within various web and app CMS platforms to ensure a seamless fan experience across our owned and operated platforms.
  • Implement and execute digital experiences that enhance fan engagement and align with AMBSE’s business objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, ticketing, strategy + innovation, and partnerships, to ensure accurate and timely updates to digital platforms.
  • Assist in the implementation of new features and enhancements, collaborating with designers and developers to improve the functionality and user experience of digital products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CMS functionality, website performance, and app content.
  • Optimize digital content and layouts to ensure mobile-first, user-friendly experiences.
  • Support the testing and quality assurance of digital features before deployment.
  • Work with the Digital Products and Platforms Manager to analyze user behavior and performance data, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure all digital content and experiences align with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to help drive innovation across AMBSE digital platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sports or entertainment industries, with a passion for creating engaging digital experiences for fans.
  • Familiarity with fan engagement strategies and how digital content can enhance user experience.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture, or similar platforms to assess user behavior and measure performance.
  • Proficiency with project management tools like Monday.com to help manage tasks, timelines, and communication across teams.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they apply to digital content development.
  • Ability to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in web development and digital media.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
