Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related discipline (or equivalent related work experience)
  • 5 – 8 years experience in digital marketing, preferably in the SaaS or healthcare technology sector
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and external partners to align marketing efforts
  • Hands-on experience in CRM software (HubSpot, Oracle, or Sage) and CMS platforms (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.)
  • Strong digital marketing planning and execution skills
  • Relationship-building skills for partner engagement and co-marketing collaboration
  • Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and marketing initiatives simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels (SEM, paid social, email, website, display, and retargeting)
  • Manage digital lead generation and demand generation programs, continuously testing and iterating to improve performance
  • Own the marketing funnel metrics—tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
  • Partner with the Product Marketing Manager on the website strategy, user experience (UX), and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to maximize engagement and lead capture
  • Partner with the Content Marketing Manager to implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive high-intent traffic
  • Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to ensure the website effectively communicates our value propositions
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other programmatic platforms) to generate high-quality leads
  • Develop A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to continuously improve performance
  • Monitor budgets and performance to maximize ROI and cost efficiency
  • Own email marketing strategy, including audience segmentation, nurture programs, and campaign execution
  • Optimize automation workflows for lead scoring, re-engagement, and customer onboarding
  • Work closely with sales and demand generation teams to align email marketing efforts with revenue goals
  • Set up and manage reporting dashboards to track campaign performance and ROI
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve digital marketing performance
  • Regularly present digital marketing metrics and growth trends to marketing leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B project management is a plus
  • Knowledge of social service and health care preferred
