Requirements

  • 3+ years of paid digital media expertise across various acquisition channels
  • 3+ years of experience and proficiency with and understanding of digital platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest, Tik Tok, Google Ads, Criteo, affiliate), measurement tools (Google Analytics, Triple Whale) and ecommerce platforms (Shopify)
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing (acquisition and reactivation) execution and optimization
  • 3+ years of performance marketing experience specifically on paid social
  • 3 + years of analytics/measurement experience tracking measurement towards KPIs
  • 3+ years of year creative development and management experience (e.g. creative brief writing)
  • Clear communicator skilled at coordinating efforts across internal and external cross-functional partners
  • Commitment to making kindness in business the norm

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative development and sourcing process for different acquisition media channels (Facebook, Google, Tik Tok, affiliate, retargeting) by submitting briefs and providing creative direction and analysis to the creative team.
  • Own acquisition media campaign calendar (including ongoing style focus and promotions), collaborating with internal cross-functional partners (merch, planning/buying, brand marketing, digital marketing, site content, organic social) and external partners (agencies) to ensure ongoing and promotional assets are developed and delivered as required to support respective paid media channels.
  • Support the growth of new initiatives including but not limited to new channels, audiences, lead generation, influencer/UGC in paid media, and creative testing overall.
  • Provide reporting support across acquisition media channels for ongoing and testing efforts.
  • Support new digital platforms, initiatives as needed, and keep abreast of digital marketing trends and opportunities.
