Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our people in project portfolio management focus on optimising project portfolios to drive strategic business outcomes. These individuals oversee project selection, prioritisation, and resource allocation to facilitate successful project delivery.

In project management at PwC, you will oversee and coordinate various projects to facilitate successful delivery within budget and timeline. You will leverage strong organisational and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.

Shift Timings : 6:00pm – 3:00am

Experience :5+ Yrs

  • Sufficient hands on full cyclecapitalproject experience including: project management, project governance, reporting & KPIs (EVM, CPI, SPI), project  risk management, project controls, scheduling, and post project review

  • Demonstrated experience working on largecapitalprojects (i.e. $500M to > 1B) 

  • Ability to effectively manage procurement, contracts, supply chain, logistics

  • In depth knowledge of Construction, Quality, Scope and Change management

  • Understanding of commissioning and transfer to operations of constructed assets

  • Exceptional relationship management, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to analyze data (cost, schedule, quality, financial, operational) and deploy common tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word

  • Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6

  • Interest in participation in AACE would be an asset

  • Experience contributing to or developing AACE compliant cost estimate

  • Experience with constructionclaims/disputes 

  • Critical thinking, intellectual curiosity and problem solving abilities

  • Exceptional commitment to providing excellent client service, by building and maintaining productive relationships with both internal and external clients

  • Excellent oral and verbal communication skills

  • Based in Toronto or Calgary but will be expected to support work assignments across Canada and internationally

  • Fluent in French and English would be an asset

  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
