Requirements
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree, professional experience in finance, business development, management, marketing, sales, legal, accounting, education, military, or other business-related field preferred, but open to all majors
- Must have the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam prior to interviewing for this position in addition to Firm sponsorship of the Series 7 and Series 63 exams within the first 90 days of employment
- Exemplary communication, presentation, problem solving, and time-management skills
- Organized, focused, and highly disciplined
- Ability to prioritize assignments based on the needs of assigned FAs
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without durational restrictions
- Successful completion of background check and pre-employment assessments
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with FAs to modernize their practice, enhance client relationships, and generate increased business
- Manage the digital presence for our FAs through their websites and social media
- Curate newsletter campaigns for advisors that cater to specific audiences
- Produce metrics to help FAs understand the impact you have made to the growth of their business
- Identify opportunities by proactively analyzing client relationships. Identify and recommend opportunities to FAs that will enrich the client experience
- Regularly participate in meetings with management to share best practices, planning wins and areas of improvement
- Establish, maintain, and support strong working relationships with FAs; demonstrate accountability and a strong work ethic to promote confidence and trust in your work
- Seek constructive feedback and be open to coaching from both your Desk Management and FAs
Preferred Qualifications
