Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provides supportive services to residents including meal delivery, room checks/wellness checks, light case management duties, building rapport with residents/maintaining relationships with them
- Provides supportive services to facilities, such as cleaning, organization, and taking out trash
- Assist with crisis intervention and conflict resolution
- Facilitates weekly life skills groups
- Work with the Program Manager and Director to assist with creating and maintaining Harm Reduction and care plans
Preferred Qualifications
- Homeless Services, case management, mental health, and/or permanent supportive housing experience
