Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a manager in the restaurant or customer service sector, with proven experience in supervising staff and operations on the ground.
- Strong communication (oral and written), organizational, management, and leadership skills to lead a cinema team in a positive environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage different activities while ensuring staff development and achieving financial goals.
- Ability to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Plan, evaluate, and control operations, goods, and finances of multiple departments to maximize sales and profitability.
- Conduct hiring interviews, recruit, train, and mentor site managers, and proactively plan for succession.
- Organize regular meetings with department management to follow up, set goals, and evaluate performance.
- Understand and implement appropriate disciplinary measures for performance management and behavior.
- Manage budgets and plans related to sales, staffing, and operations to ensure profitability.
- Share best practices among departments to increase performance levels and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory and losses across all departments.
- Investigate the causes of problems encountered by staff and take appropriate actions.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all health and safety regulations in the restaurant sector and ensure risks are identified and eliminated.
- Achieve operational objectives in all areas of The Rec Room branch by preparing and executing action plans, implementing productivity and quality measures, and service standards.
