Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in strategy development, analysis, leadership, and managing across a diverse portfolio of strategic projects.
  • Track record of creating data-backed strategies with alignment from key stakeholders, including executives.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate large data sets and develop complex analyses to derive meaningful insights.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives that drive organizational change.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence a range of stakeholders, including senior audiences.
  • Proven ability to inspire and influence different teams without direct authority, building strong partnerships and driving results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated passion and experience in belonging-focused work in professional settings while embodying DaVita’s core values.

Responsibilities

  • In partnership with key stakeholders, including DaVita’s legal team continue to evolve and deepen belonging in our culture, processes, and programs in a legally compliant way.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform strategy and measure the effectiveness of initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving continuous progress.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders – from senior executives to front-line operators – to inform, enhance, and drive alignment around projects.
  • Inspire and align a range of key internal partners to translate strategy into action, including Talent Acquisition, Communications, Learning & Development, People Services Operations, People Insights & Analytics, Legal and more.
  • Lead change management efforts, ensuring that initiatives are successfully adopted and sustained across all levels of the organization.
  • Advise senior leaders and other key stakeholders on belonging and related issues, providing thoughtful, consistent guidance on how to respond.
  • Partner with key lanes like Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and People Services Operations to promote belonging at all phases of the teammate lifecycle, from hire to development to succession planning.
  • Lead or support various special projects within the People Teams, as directed.
