Requirements

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred but not required)
  • 6+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting (McKinsey, Bain or Boston Consulting Group preferred)
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion, with meticulous attention to detail and a strong bias for action
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to analyze complex situations and make informed, actionable decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Foster Strong Partner Relationships: Be the go-to person for building and nurturing deep, trusted relationships with existing partners.
  • Drive Strategic Growth: Take ownership of developing and executing structured business plans or quarterly OKRs that align with each partner’s unique goals.
  • Optimize Performance: Use your analytical skills to dive into data, uncover trends, and identify key opportunities for improving business KPIs.
  • Generate New Opportunities: Lead the charge in creating new growth opportunities with both existing and potential partners.
  • Deliver Actionable Insights: Perform Analysis and regularly provide valuable insights and updates to both partners and internal teams.
  • Resolve Challenges Quickly: Be the problem-solver, triaging operational and executional issues that arise across partners and internal teams.
