Requirements

  • A strategic thinker who has the gravitas and maturity to communicate and navigate complex client environments
  • The ability of a master tactician – both strategic and tactical skills are necessary for success in the role
  • Experience utilizing sponsorships – anything from leagues to teams to athletes to artists. You have the experience of interaction with talent and their teams
  • Understand current and emerging pop culture and entertainment trends and ability to apply these to client challenges & project briefs
  • Has the drive to create and grow opportunities beyond the immediate client need
  • Has the vision to see these opportunities and lead our clients to different destinations by being a value-add partner

Responsibilities

  • Develop rapport with clients and other agency partners by providing day-to-day client contact, managing the relationships, expectations, and troubleshoot conflicts with senior clients and team members as they arise
  • Guiding the team to identifying opportunities, strategic thinking and subsequent development of integrated marketing programs across brand portfolios
  • On-strategy project planning and execution according to Agency standards within established budgets and timeframes
  • Successfully participating in the managing of project financials in accordance with agency policy and procedure
  • Building, managing and reconciling budgets
  • Attaining annual revenue and contribution margin targets
  • Develop staffing plans that support the business
  • Deliver compelling client and new business presentations
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Momentum’s core disciplines and be proactive in growing client business across the agency
  • Supporting Momentum’s values
  • All other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 8+ years related experience in marketing
  • 5+ years agency experience preferred
  • Previous experience guiding integrated multi-disciplinary teams to meet client goals
  • Experience managing/training/mentoring more junior team members
  • Experience building and managing budgets
