Requirements

  • Relevant degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications preferred. Advanced degree desired.
  • 7 or more years of relevant experience in a B2B marketing role, with proven achievements required.
  • SaaS technology and/or healthcare experience required.
  • Proven experience in marketing strategy, planning, and executing promotions/campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Strong track record of building and managing key stakeholder and executive-level relationships, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to persuade and articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to analyze and convey the business impact of marketing programs and initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment with company objectives.
  • Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive annual marketing plans, including value propositions, messaging, and strategic tactics, through deep collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and report on marketing performance, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate the value proposition and key differentiators to enhance brand awareness, drive demand, and accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Act as a product and solutions advocate, leveraging deep market insights to drive awareness and strategic positioning.
  • Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with business stakeholders, providing guidance through regular business reviews and strategic prioritization sessions.
  • Support both Data and Digital business leaders as well as marketing stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategic initiatives and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the events team to develop strategic plans for industry and company events, maximizing engagement and brand impact.
  • Oversee budget management and align business expectations for Data and Digital solutions, working closely with marketing leadership to ensure strategic and financial alignment.
