Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, Computer Science, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic entry point for all incoming work, acting as the face of the organization and ensuring initiatives align with enterprise priorities.
  • Develop, standardize, and manage intake processes that enable transparency, scalability, and alignment across business units.
  • Translate complex business needs into actionable projects by evaluating scope, impact, resource demands, and success criteria.
  • Build intake roadmaps, prioritize high-value workstreams, and communicate trade-offs to senior leadership and partners.
  • Define and enforce intake standards, documentation protocols, and approval workflows to ensure consistent execution.
  • Implement and audit intake controls that balance speed, compliance, and clarity across functional and technical teams.
  • Establish a framework for request evaluation and routing, using data and strategic input to guide intake decisions.
  • Monitor pipeline performance and adjust intake strategy based on resourcing constraints, business priorities, and feedback loops.
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and duplicative requests by analyzing intake patterns and feedback across stakeholders.
  • Lead the evolution of intake tools and methodologies, using automation, dashboards, and AI to improve intake velocity and accuracy.
  • Partner across business, tech, and support functions to co-create scalable intake models that reflect current and future operational needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on intake quality, cross-team alignment, and organizational agility.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team focused on delivering responsive, customer-centric intake and support services.
  • Create a culture of trust, ownership, and transparency through coaching, collaboration, and shared accountability.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insight into capacity, feasibility, and prioritization trade-offs.
  • Promote diversity, inclusion, and career growth through intentional mentorship and talent development.
  • Leverage intake metrics, forecast data, and historical trends to inform planning and business resourcing strategies.
