Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading & influencing product or development teams
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or P&L management
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team
- Proven experience in conceptualizing, developing, and launching financial products that cater to specific customer segments, ideally within a B2B or logistics-related environment
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Responsibilities
- Lead a team (both directly and indirectly) responsible for delivery of carrier financial product services
- Develop and implement financial products and services that create value for our carrier network and contribute to CH Robinson’s growth objectives.
- Identify key necessary resources, develop ROI, and build team to achieve growth targets
- Build and nurture relationships with carriers to understand their financial needs and design tailored solutions
- Lead the creation and delivery of digital banking products, ensuring seamless integration with our existing platforms
- Manage external partnerships to support product development and scalability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including digital product development and carrier services, to ensure successful product launches and adoption
- Analyze industry trends and identify opportunities to innovate in financial offerings for the trucking sector

- Expertly manage and communicate with executive stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and foster strong, collaborative relationships
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders across technical, financial, and operational departments
- Analyze financial data, carrier metrics, and market trends to shape product strategy and measure success
- Understand financial regulations and compliance in digital banking and consumer finance
- Address operational and financial challenges faced by trucking companies, such as cash flow management, fuel costs, and asset financing
- Utilize fintech and digital tools for banking and financial services in logistics or transportation
- Build and maintain partnerships with financial institutions, technology providers, and third parties to deliver innovative financial solutions
- Leverage technology and emerging trends to redefine financial services for underserved markets, including carriers and small-business owners in logistics
