Requirements
- Strong understanding of customer business requirements, industry challenges, and goals
- Ability to develop long-term relationships with key business executives from C level on down
- Strong understanding of Advent and Eze solutions
- Ability to develop account and engagement plans
- Experience in providing strategic oversight during the customer journey
- Ability to identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales teams
- Collaborative skills to work with internal teams such as Services, Sales, and Renewals
- Ability to drive customer engagement and registration in Advent and Eze’s Community
- Strong communication skills to act as the voice of the customer to various departments
- Thorough understanding of the Advent and Eze product suite and industry
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and prioritize accounts to focus efforts within a defined territory
- Develop long-term relationships with assigned customers
- Effectively deliver scheduled business reviews to key business contacts
- Cultivate an understanding of customers’ business requirements and how they use Advent and Eze solutions
- Develop account and engagement plans for Advent and Eze customers
- Provide strategic oversight during the entire customer journey
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales teams
- Work closely with Advent and Eze Services teams to identify new opportunities
- Act as a collaborative partner with Support teams to resolve customer tickets
- Drive the value of Advent and Eze’s Community through customer registration and engagement
- Be the voice of the customer to various departments
- Work collaboratively with Marketing and Sales teams to identify and build customer references
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a financial services or healthcare technology environment
- Proven track record in client success or account management
- Ability to work in a hybrid work model
- Strong adaptability and proactive approach to work
