Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Demand & Supply Planning, S&OP, or Operations Management
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in inventory management, cost control, and revenue forecasting
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across business units
  • Proficiency in data analytics and dashboard development
  • Excellent communication, executive reporting, and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on experience with analytical and reporting tools including Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and other business intelligence platforms
  • Adept at transforming complex data into actionable insights to drive operational efficiency and strategic planning

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and tracking of annual Hoshin plans (FY26/FY27) for Cloud & Networking modules
  • Drive strategic alignment across PLM, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver portfolio objectives
  • Establish and maintain a robust interlock process between demand and supply teams to enable proactive decision-making ahead of revenue commitments
  • Partner with Finance, PLM and business leaders to refine the 5-Year Revenue Outlook and long-range growth strategy
  • Optimize factory-level (L4) planning models to ensure inventory health and meet excess & obsolete (E&O) targets
  • Provide accurate E&O projections and lead mitigation actions that protect financial outcomes
  • Align demand outlooks and supply responses across Current Quarter (CQ) and CQ+1, representing the team in executive revenue attainment discussions
  • Identify upside opportunities and drive targeted actions to capture incremental revenue
  • Manage end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) transitions, ensuring the right inventory buffers while minimizing overexposure
  • Lead scrap reduction initiatives in partnership with Finance, PLM, and Operations
  • Oversee risk buy and supply allocation processes, ensuring resources are deployed efficiently and aligned with business priorities
  • Collaborate with IT and Data Science teams to build visual dashboards that democratize data access
  • Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights that drive decision-making, planning accuracy, and operational velocity
  • Own and lead the end-to-end S&OP process, ensuring alignment from demand signal to execution
  • Facilitate monthly executive forums to drive consensus across Sales, Product Line Management (PLM), and Operations
  • Use S&OP as a platform to optimize revenue, manage constraints, control costs, and align assumptions
  • Provide visibility into risks and opportunities across the full product portfolio, enabling a balanced and informed approach to investment and execution
  • Support portfolio-level prioritization and ensure resource allocation is tightly aligned to business goals and market needs
