Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience leading projects with teams in various locations
- Ability to influence internal and external Senior Level decision makers
- Excellent quantitative, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to translate metrics, research and trends into viable strategies
- Ability to see the ‘big picture’ and effectively prioritize and drive multiple projects
- Self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced and fluid environment
- 10+ years’ experience in strategy consulting and/or similar role in a leading technology company
- Proven experience in modeling, analysis, research and presentation creation
Responsibilities
- Establish commercial guidelines and models for 360-degree partnerships combining commercial considerations with long term Expedia Group strategy
- Help recognize and frame strategic opportunities in a structured way to clearly communicate options, risks, and trade-offs
- Collaborate cross functionally to inspire change by identifying and implementing the best ways of working across the organization
- Drive decision-making and alignment by working across TPM and Expedia Group
- Lead strategic projects and lead investigations to drive the business forward
- Facilitate the delivery of the annual plan and divisional scorecard results
- Help team members identify and build key relationships and networks inside and outside the organization
- Identify and launch new products or business models, provide negotiation support and develop commercial guidelines, pricing and go-to-market strategy, sales and operational efficiency, supply/demand investments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in commercial negotiations or supporting/advisory role preferred
- MBA is a plus
