Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer focused, problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships both internally and externally
- Exceptional time management and multitasking ability
- Ability to interface comfortably with senior executives and all levels within an organization
- Telecommunications experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Proactively manages the day-to-day operations of the Onboarding function
- Serve as a point of escalation for the team and customer advocate
- Monitor KPIs and communicate risk to executive leadership
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize process based on the strategic direction
- Ensures smooth communication and customer hand off/ transition to New Client Services (Implementation)
- Work with Sales to ensure continuity and a great customer experience
