Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in technical operations management, with a proven track record of success in leading large teams
- Strong understanding of SaaS technology and business processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to drive process improvement and operational excellence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing vendor relationships
- Experience working with end customers across multiple departments
Responsibilities
- Guide BPO team managers to mentor and develop our team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Establish performance goals, metrics, and KPIs to track performance and align our BPO team with company objectives
- Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews, providing constructive feedback to team leaders
- Make decisions on changes to team capacity and resource allocation, managing costs to budget
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks and recurring points of failure
- Drive improvements to procedures to optimize operations and enhance efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Provide reports and recommendations to senior management on challenges and improvement initiatives
- Maintain strong, direct relationships with internal customers in engineering, onboarding, support, and customer success management (CSM)
- Team with support and CSM to resolve process breakdowns and negative CSAT reports
- Work with internal customers to define and meet service level objectives (SLOs)
