Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in governance development, policy writing, or a related field
- Strong skills in documentation and communication, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Experience in digital environments, with a focus on governance and compliance
- Experience in a global organization (North America, Asia)
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and implementation of governance structures for the Digital Storefront project, including Domain Rationalization, Common Capabilities, and the Global Common Design System
- Develop and document governance policies, procedures, and standard methodologies to ensure consistency and compliance across digital initiatives
- Collaborate with Product Owners and other team members to gather requirements and ensure governance frameworks align with organizational goals
- Design and deliver training programs and materials to educate teams on governance policies and procedures
- Establish mechanisms for supervising and evaluating the effectiveness of governance frameworks, recommending improvements as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with establishing governance frameworks in digital transformation projects
- Familiarity with domain management and digital design systems
