Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years energy sales & origination
- Extensive experience managing clients and understanding client needs
- Knowledge of physical & financial markets in US and Canada
- Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity, honesty and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Strong team player; ability to act as a strong partner and collaborator with the energy team, sharing market information and solving complex problems
- Ability to act as a liaison between various parties
- Proactive, self-starting individual with high levels of ownership
- Strong proficiency in use of MS Excel, Bloomberg as well as other MS Office products
Responsibilities
- Increase TD Securities footprint across Canada
- Generate revenue with corporate clients
- Work on a trading floor in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with both trading and sales
- Provide market commentary across all energy products
- Generate ideas for clients
