Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of managerial experience or related technical education
- Strong background in facilities and maintenance within a resort setting
- Experience in a senior management role overseeing large teams in an arena facility operation
- Expertise in managing union environments
- In-depth knowledge of all technical trades, including engineers, electricians, carpenters, painters, laborers, maintenance warehouse, gardeners, and drivers
- Deep understanding of facilities maintenance, operations, and industry best practices
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership in managing financial budgets
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, optimizing efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulations
- Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures
- Lead and direct technical trade teams, ensuring service excellence
- Continuously evaluate operational budgets and staffing plans
- Manage purchasing and inventory control for consumables, tools, and equipment
- Provide expert guidance in resolving maintenance, facility, and landscaping challenges
