Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of managerial experience or related technical education
  • Strong background in facilities and maintenance within a resort setting
  • Experience in a senior management role overseeing large teams in an arena facility operation
  • Expertise in managing union environments
  • In-depth knowledge of all technical trades, including engineers, electricians, carpenters, painters, laborers, maintenance warehouse, gardeners, and drivers
  • Deep understanding of facilities maintenance, operations, and industry best practices

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership in managing financial budgets
  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations, optimizing efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulations
  • Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures
  • Lead and direct technical trade teams, ensuring service excellence
  • Continuously evaluate operational budgets and staffing plans
  • Manage purchasing and inventory control for consumables, tools, and equipment
  • Provide expert guidance in resolving maintenance, facility, and landscaping challenges
