Requirements
- Proven track record of coaching, mentoring and leading more junior team members
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including relationship-building with ELT members
- Experience in business transformation, change management, or strategic planning
- Successful track record of delivering results within a rapidly growing company and a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration skills and being able to deliver results through others
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong proficiency in project management
- Superior MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- 8+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, and related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead global and regional associates to deliver a portfolio of transformation projects, ensuring the projects are delivered on time, within scope, and achieve their intended outcomes.
- Support design and implementation of organizational structures and operating models across departments and geographies to enhance efficiency, scalability, collaboration, and overall business performance.
- Collaborate with the IT and business teams to drive the adoption of new technologies and digital tools that support business transformation goals, including the deployment of AI and GenAI.
- Identify and implement process improvements across various departments and geographies to drive standardization, efficiency, cost efficiency, and ultimately to improve the consumer experience.
- Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure buy-in and support for transformation initiatives. Drive alignment and consensus across teams.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation efforts. Provide regular reports to executive leadership on progress and impact.
- Drive the management of change initiatives, ensuring smooth transition processes with minimal disruption to business operations. Develop change management plans that include stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and training programs.
