Requirements
- Deep health industry, pharmaceutical, and group product knowledge or related business experience (10+ years)
- Business and financial insight with strategic orientation and competitive edge mindset
- Strong analytical mindset, facilitating effective escalation management, decision making and simplification of complexities in Health products and services.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to “tell the story” (in written and oral communication)
- Organizational awareness and ability to build and leverage partnerships with cross-functional and external stakeholders
- Adaptable to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities

Responsibilities
- Lead the advancement & implementation of strategic product initiatives designed to sustain RBCI’s competitive advantage in the Group benefits market
- Working closely with other Product & Pricing leaders and leaders in Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Sales/Distribution, and IT, the role will identify product launches and enhancements required to win in our target market and to achieve financial objectives of the organization
- Monitor the financial performance of products and identify opportunities to act where required to support achievement of stated financial objectives
- Proactively and reactively resolve product-related client & employee escalations, in partnership with Legal, Claims, Sales, Operations, and third-party supplier partners
- Conduct regular product reviews to ensure updates required because of regulatory changes have been incorporated into policy & procedures, operational risk is assessed, and compliance requirements are being followed, etc.
- Provide subject matter expertise for assigned products to support needs of partners in Sales & Distribution, Service & Operations etc.
Preferred Qualifications
