Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of deep knowledge and experience in at least two of the following: Policy Development, Reporting & Analytics, Training & Development, Benefits Strategy, Employee Onboarding, Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Lead JMA’s global HR operations and technology transformation.
  • Redefine the existing strategy and operating model for HR processes, workflows, policies, and systems.
  • Formulate and drive the long-term vision and strategy for global HR operations with a focus on employee experience, efficiencies, cost savings, governance, organizational design, reporting, and accuracy for all HR processes.
  • Evaluate all people-related policies with particular emphasis on relevance, global application and harmonization, cost benefit/savings and implications to the JMA DNA.
  • Formulate and drive the long-term vision and strategy for a global HCM implementation.
  • Develop reporting and HR analytics strategy to include standard and custom reports/queries/dashboards for internal customers.
  • Identify all compliance reporting requirements, develop reporting requirement capabilities, and create a compliance reporting framework with owners and deadlines.
  • Develop a global strategy for health, welfare, and other benefits programs.
  • Develop a robust Global Onboarding program to ensure each hire has a smooth transition into JMA.
  • Develop a global training and development strategy to ensure consistent, efficient and agile training programs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree preferred.
