Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 6 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • 8 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • 3 years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Driving strategic workstreams, including supporting the director in scaling interactive content through strategic content partners.
  • Partnering closely with product teams to develop strategies for new workstreams.
  • Leading multiple elements of strategic development for new content strategies, including the development of business cases (opportunity sizing) and business requirement documents (BRDs).
  • Serving as a SME for interactive item page content by monitoring, analyzing, and reporting the external market.
  • Overseeing innovation operations, including developing scaling and rollout plans.
  • Conducting day to day relationship management with external vendors.
  • Developing, structuring, and reporting OKRs and KPIs for owned initiatives to senior leaders, in partnership with analytics partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
