Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s degree preferred
• 10-15 years related experience
• Minimum of 5 years management experience
• Requires breadth of organizational, professional field, and industry knowledge
• Ability to integrate critical information from several diverse areas

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and monitors all production activities within an assigned area or unit
• Develops and implements manufacturing schedules and procedures
• Analyzes production, maintenance and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend solutions
• Liaises with functional or operational area managers to understand their current and future product needs
• Plans, prioritizes and manages production line maintenance or downtimes
• Leads, directs, evaluates and develops a team of supervisors

Preferred Qualifications

• Occasional business travel required
• Valid driver’s license and passport
