Requirements
- 10+ years experience in manufacturing environment with Bachelor’s Degree of art or science, OR 7+ years experience in manufacturing environment with Master’s Degree.
- 7+ years people management experience (direct and indirect reports) with Bachelor’s Degree, OR 5+ years people management experience (direct and indirect reports) with Master’s Degree.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
- Increase production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
- Be responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
- Partner with Materials and SIOP teams and ensure Product Forecast is accurate to Revenue Targets and Inventory goals.
- Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Six Sigma/Lean processes.
- Able to motivate and lead employees.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated organization skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
- Able to learn and use software applications including SAP, MES/ERP Systems.
- Experience operating with ISO standards.
- Experience in a union environment.
