Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree, ideally in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience with a proven track-record of developing B2C marketing strategies that successfully drive sustainable business growth.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data to derive actionable insights, inform decision-making, and optimize go-to-market strategies in service of priority business outcomes.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong business acumen including a robust understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, coupled with the ability to distill complex subject matter into simple, digestible frameworks.
  • An emphasis on maintaining strong, collaborative, and supportive working relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Management Team with development of a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Personal Banking in alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Drive coordination across line-of-business marketing programs and make strategic recommendations to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall Marketing Plan.
  • Monitor short-term and long-term KPIs and analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to further shape go-to-market strategies across Personal Banking.
  • Partner closely with LOB Marketing Heads, Media and Retail Merchandising to optimize the allocation of finite marketing resources (incl. third party media and owned-channels).
  • Collaborate with Brand and Business Strategy leads to develop compelling and marketable value propositions for Personal Banking.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous innovation and collaboration within the marketing team, encouraging experimentation and creativity to drive growth and market differentiation.
