Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10+ years of Product, Consumer, and or Operations experience
- Proven ability to work on cross-functional teams, influence leadership and drive project momentum forward
- Excellent strategic agility and ability to pivot plans in flight
- Calm, focused presence on a team that metabolizes a lot of change
- Strong resource management skills with the ability to lead workstreams on-time and in-budget
- Strong, people-first partnership mindset to Women’s and Kids NSW teams
Responsibilities
- Establish the Operational playbook for Men’s NSW, from Concept Launch to Global-Geo Pivot to Franchise Reporting post-launch
- Drive our seasonal strategy and ensure the cross-functional deliverables cohere and can be executed downstream
- Create and manage a standard of practice ensuring the highest standard of quality, consistency, accuracy while pushing the boundaries of current operations
- Lead a direct report to work together to operate both Men’s NSW and the SB business
- Lead a squad of cross-functional experts in delivering our concepts from design to market ensuring timely planning and execution through the critical dates for our seasons
- Guide our leadership team through our product, marketing, and marketplace processes leveraging existing and always evolving processes
