Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years of Product, Consumer, and or Operations experience
  • Proven ability to work on cross-functional teams, influence leadership and drive project momentum forward
  • Excellent strategic agility and ability to pivot plans in flight
  • Calm, focused presence on a team that metabolizes a lot of change
  • Strong resource management skills with the ability to lead workstreams on-time and in-budget
  • Strong, people-first partnership mindset to Women’s and Kids NSW teams

Responsibilities

  • Establish the Operational playbook for Men’s NSW, from Concept Launch to Global-Geo Pivot to Franchise Reporting post-launch
  • Drive our seasonal strategy and ensure the cross-functional deliverables cohere and can be executed downstream
  • Create and manage a standard of practice ensuring the highest standard of quality, consistency, accuracy while pushing the boundaries of current operations
  • Lead a direct report to work together to operate both Men’s NSW and the SB business
  • Lead a squad of cross-functional experts in delivering our concepts from design to market ensuring timely planning and execution through the critical dates for our seasons
  • Guide our leadership team through our product, marketing, and marketplace processes leveraging existing and always evolving processes
