Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in successfully leading a sales team within a SaaS company, preferably healthcare technology.
- Experience with SaaS EMR products; relevant medical sales experience a plus.
- Previous experience working in a high-growth technology industry is a plus.
- Previous experience in a senior sales role with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategy and results to staff members at every level of the organization.
- Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Demonstrated skill in negotiating and closing critical sales contracts.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 30%.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Strategic Regional Sales Managers to achieve their bookings goals through coaching and mentorship.
- Complete market research and analyze results to adjust sales and marketing strategy for maximum success.
- Use available data to accurately forecast sales and set appropriate performance goals.
- Create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that successfully achieve business objectives.
- Monitor competitors’ offerings and products, including relevant sales and marketing data.
