Requirements
- 5 years of similar sales experience with relevant industry partners.
- Demonstrate capabilities with HubSpot or similar CRM.
- Understanding and familiarity with production building sales cycle.
- Strong documentation skills as it relates to process development and improvement.

Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and secure new production builder accounts.
- Develop compelling value propositions and proposals tailored to builder needs.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including discovery, proposal, contract negotiation, and onboarding.
- Deepen relationships with current builder partners by identifying new opportunities within their divisions and at the national level.
- Increase market share by expanding into more communities, models, or divisions.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive long-term growth.
- Work closely with distributor, installer, or channel partners who serve builders to co-sell and co-market effectively.
- Equip partners with the right tools, case studies, training, and support to increase builder adoption.
- Help partners identify opportunities within their own builder networks to drive revenue.
- Project manage the setup of new builder divisions, including model home installations and sales team training, design center integrations and design team training, and procurement system onboarding.
- Serve as the point-of-contact for builder teams during implementation and ramp-up.
- Deliver tailored training to builder sales teams, design studio staff, and purchasing departments.
- Create and manage onboarding materials, tools, and resources for both internal and external teams.
- Provide ongoing refreshers and updates as technology evolves or builder needs change.
- Work with internal product, operations, and support teams to ensure builder needs are being met.
- Gather field insights to help improve product, support, and overall go-to-market strategy.
- Report on sales pipeline / forecast, customer feedback, and market trends to leadership.
- Track and report on KPIs.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and forecasting.
