Requirements
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in strategy, business development, or partnerships within healthcare, and preferably in the value-based care space
- Proven track record of closing deals and/or managing partnerships at an enterprise level
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to C-level executives, clinicians, and operational stakeholders
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution—comfortable operating in a growth-stage environment with limited resources
- High degree of resilience and grit—this role involves pushing into new markets, facing potential rejection, and iterating quickly.
Responsibilities
- Formulate new approaches to engage radiology practices and the radiology departments of hospitals and health systems
- Work effectively across internal teams (product, marketing, clinical, operations) to align on goals and gather input needed
- Understand complex market dynamics translate that into actionable strategies
- Be nimble and adaptable – this is a fast moving market and priorities / product strategies can shift quickly.
