Director of CC4E Business Office

Minimum of 10 years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in technology product marketing, management, or related fields
Strong organizational, task, and project management skills
Self-motivated and able to work across diverse technical and non-technical teams
Proven record for developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to analyze market trends and internal feedback to drive product improvements
Demonstrated experience in communicating cloud-based technologies (Amazon Web Services, Azure, Snowflake)
Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies and delivery processes (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)

Provide experienced leadership in developing and implementing internal product marketing strategies
Facilitate meetings with business partners and technology teams to build consensus, make decisions, develop product roadmaps, and determine prioritization
Analyze market trends and internal feedback to find opportunities for product enhancements
Develop and implement marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional materials for internal products
Collaborate with various departments to ensure successful product launches and adoption
Provide ongoing training and support to internal teams on new products and features
Communicate product value and benefits to internal stakeholders
Ensure alignment of products and services with the needs of enterprise customers and leadership
Drive adherence to audit and compliance requirements for product delivery
Institute cost management practices for internal technology teams

Industry certifications – Product Owner and Product Manager (CSPO, POPM, ICP-ACPO, CPM, PSPO), Foundational Cloud Service Provider (AWS, Azure, Snowflake)
