Requirements
- A degree in architecture, interior design or similar design programs
- Strong communication and team leadership/management skills
- Comprehensive understanding of multi-disciplinary, cross-functional project management
- Ability to work within tight timeframes with keen understanding of cost implications throughout the process from concept to execution
- People management experience and leading team(s)
Responsibilities
- Ensure all key stakeholders are aligned and engaged through the process of development of designs through all phases of development: concept, design development, pilot | test, and execution
- Engage new or existing suppliers and vendors to support the development of designs
- Lead or participate in the development of cross-functional discipline or department meetings to ensure all parties are aligned on goals, timing, and budgets in the design development process
- Align and be knowledgeable of Global Standards and areas of investigation as part of a Global pilot | tests
- Assess pilot/test execution to determine areas of success, opportunities, and failures
- Communicate and provide status to Sr. Director of Design | Construction | CSC COE and other pertinent members of US Development leadership
- Provide tools and communications on designs and pilots | tests as they progress from concept to design execution
