Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field required.
- 7+ years of experience in IT/digital systems required.
- 3+ years in a leadership role required.
- Experience in the P&C Insurance industry required.
- Experience in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, modernizing legacy systems and integrating emerging technologies.
- Ensure digital solutions improve operational efficiency, scalability, and customer engagement.
- Oversee the adoption of cloud computing, automation, and data analytics.
- Oversee the architecture, design, and maintenance of enterprise-wide digital systems.
- Ensure system reliability and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage system integrations, upgrades, and enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
- Evaluate and implement software solutions (ERP, CRM, CMS, etc.) to improve business performance.
- Work closely with IT, operations, marketing, and sales to align digital initiatives with business needs.
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and sales teams to streamline insurance operations through digital tools.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Implement best practices for data governance, privacy, and security.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2) and company policies.
- Monitor system vulnerabilities and lead incident response efforts when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
