Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience with at least 4 years of sales management / leadership experience
- Consistently achieved sales goals through your leadership and personal goals
- Strong sales acumen with expertise in sales process execution, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Ability to develop and implement innovative pricing models and strategic partnership proposals
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and executing against a business plan
- Self-motivated and capable of operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Technical aptitude and the ability to work closely with solutions consultants and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing OEM sales team, setting clear objectives and ensuring consistent execution of sales strategies
- Review weekly forecast and business outcomes with representatives and sales leaders
- Coach, develop, and mentor representatives to success in all aspects of the sales cycle – lead generation, qualification, forecasting, and closing opportunities, while using our channel/partner network
- Develop creative proposals and pricing models to drive partner adoption and revenue growth
- Build and execute the overall OEM partner business plan, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regularly measuring performance against key metrics
- Lead a cross-functional team that supports the OEM sales organization, ensuring execution of the business plan and partner success
- Partner with Product and Partner Marketing to enhance awareness and positioning of Boomi’s OEM capabilities
- Work with SDRs and Partner Marketing to drive demand generation initiatives and campaigns to support OEM business growth
- Work closely with Solutions Consultants to secure technical wins in the sales cycle
- Collaborate with Partner Success to drive adoption, ensure partner satisfaction, and identify expansion opportunities
- Hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales team while fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment
- Conduct career development planning, performance evaluations, and compensation discussions for team members.
