Requirements
- 10+ years of applicable engineering/development experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a software engineering capacity
- High-level understanding of Android development technologies, frameworks and languages
- Demonstrated leadership in establishing code quality, software testing, and product reliability in Android development teams
- Familiarity with modern Android development tools and practices
- Experience in aligning Android development strategies with business goals
- Experience in creating development roadmaps
- Experience in implementing and overseeing testing processes, test automation, continuous integration and delivery
- Technology skills: Languages: Kotlin, Java; Frameworks & Libraries: Experience with frameworks like Jetpack libraries
